CB Richard Ellis was appointed last July as Managing agency for our retail park.

Yolanda Gimeno and Mª José Mirallas joined the Project as Retail Park Manager and Assistant Manager.

Yolanda Gimeno started her professional career as Assistant Manager in one of Zaragoza´s most consolidated Shopping Centres. She brings a wide understanding of the local market and a strong background in this sector.

Her last project before joining Puerto Venecia was the opening of Centro Comercial Portal de la Marina – Ondara, where she worked as Centre Manager for two years. This opening experience together with her past roles in the sector has have helped her to successfully manage Puerto Venecia Retail Park.

María José Mirallas who joined the scheme also in July, supports Yolanda in her role.
