Electronic goods retailer Media Markt, the latest addition to Puerto Venecia’s retail park line up, opened its store to large crowds last month, with more than 30,000 people attending the grand opening. At 4,000 sq m the flagship store is the retailer’s largest in the whole region.

Mediamarkt will join the highly successful retail park that regularly welcomes over 20,000 cars a week and which has brought the number of visitors since its opening to over five million.

Menaje del Hogar, after being bought by Kesa Electricals (the third largest electrical retail group in Europe)  has rebranded their store at Puerto Venecia as Darty.

Puerto Venecia’s Retail Park is Spain’s largest shopping destination dedicated to electronics and household goods. As well as Media Markt leading brands at the retail park include: Ikea, Leroy Merlin, Porcelanosa, Conforama, Maisons du Monde, Mega Miró and Saloni.
